Load-In and Set-Up:

We are hoping to be able to start parking/loading in by 2pm on Friday.

Please be patient as we try to wait as long as possible before we shut down all the streets Downtown.

You will also be able to leave your trailers over-night on Friday if you choose.

I will have security on site all night on Friday!

Trailers must be removed Saturday after comp.

Lodging:

The Candlewood and the Hampton Inn have agreed to offer us discounted rates for this event. You may get cheaper rates with your own rewards accounts, etc. but this is what they have offered:

At the Candlewood, it is the base 1 Queen and at the Hampton, it is the base 1 King.

The regular rate at the Candlewood is $137 and the regular rate at the Hampton is $139.

They will do a rate of $118 at both properties and 25 rooms at Hampton and 17 rooms at Candlewood for us on Friday, July 1 and Saturday, July 2.

To book, please call hotel of choice directly and tell them that you need the “Main Street Cook-off” group rate.
