Only members enjoy discounts from SCA sponsors, earn points towards the Pelican Points Chase, and are eligible to win an invitation to the SCA World Championship!
The payout for both the steak and jambalaya contests is 100% of collected funds for each event.
The promoter will provide chicken, sausage and rice to the teams. Cooks will provide veggies and seasonings for the jambalaya. Meat will be included in the presentation.
Teams will turn in 1 bowl of Jambalaya for appearance judging and 5 small cups for tasting.
