John Henry's Steak Challenge Houston, TX

*Prepare the salmon turn in how you want the judges to taste it.  You can put a sauce on it if you like, just no other protein in the box.  

** You must turn in 12 wings for judging  6 drummies and 6 flappers.

The event features a Salmon category and the salmon is provided.  The teams can also compete in a people choice competition using the extra piece of Salmon and extra steak and any wings they cook for the public.

8-10am    Team registration and set up

10am     Cooks Meeting

11-11:15       Margarita Turn In

12-12:15    Wing Turn In

1-1:15        Salmon Turn In

33-3:30      Steak Turn In
